The Family Act Bill needs your HELP

Take Action…help get the Family Act Bill passed

The Family Act creates a federal tax credit for infertile patients to help them with their family building efforts. The credit would be based on 50% of out of pocket costs associated with IVF up to a lifetime max of $13,360. The credit is also available to those pursuing fertility preservation treatments due to a cancer diagnosis. The legislation is modeled after the adoption tax credit in place since 1997. Our goal is to demonstrate enough support so that the Family Act can be passed along with the adoption tax credit reauthorization.
